The foundation was established to bring together employers, people and communities across the UK to shape work that works for everyone. Celebrating employers that ensure staff are paid the Living Wage as a minimum, the only UK Wage rate independently calculated on the real cost of living, rising annually based on living costs and higher than the governments minimum wage.
