PC Consultants is once again proud to support former Wightlink Tigers captain Nathan Webb as he continues to raise essential funds for the British Heart Foundation – a charity with which he has a very close and personal connection, following his son Teddy being born with a complex heart condition, undergoing two surgeries before the age of six months with further corrective surgery needed in the future.
Nathan was recently invited to compete in the UK Charity All-Stars weekend event, held at the Bauer Arena Sheffield in July. This annual tournament bringing ice hockey players together from across the United Kingdom, Belfast and Ireland to raise money for their chosen charities. With this year’s event raising £20,306.25 for the British Heart Foundation.

Nathan commented: “I couldn’t be more proud to represent the British Heart Foundation in this well-established tournament, not only for sporting reasons but for deeply personal ones. Without charities like the British Heart Foundation, and the vital support and research they provide, children like my little boy wouldn’t stand a chance. I owe them, and the incredible hospital teams, so much. To be able to give back, even in a small way, is truly an honour.”
Nathan now plays for the Solent Spartans, wearing number 26, and played for clubs including Bracknell Hornets, Slough Jets and Haringey before moving to the Isle of Wight, where he works at leading eco-friendly heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company Airtek Service, a close neighbour of PC Consultants.

Adding to this, Nathans own ‘JustGiving’ page, has also raised over £1,600 for the British Heart Foundation. To add your support please visit: https://www.justgiving.com/page/nathan-webb-4?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL
